No Refunds will be issued, however if due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend the Training Course at the scheduled time, you will receive a Credit for the amount that you have already paid, and your Training Course attendance time will be Rescheduled.
If you decide not to attend your scheduled Training Course and do not wish to reschedule then you will not receive a Refund.
If due to unforeseen circumstances I have to reschedule a Training Course then you will receive a Credit for the amount that you have already paid and the Training Course will be rescheduled.

* Each Tuition Package is valid for 12 months from date of payment *

No Refunds will be issued. I use Australia Post Mailing Services. All care is taken to package and send your items, however I do not take any responsibility for items being lost or damaged in the Mail. I do however request that a special team of Delivery Angels accompany your package to see it to your door safely!
